該產(chǎn)品能把鐵液中的渣聚集在一起，便于清理，且覆蓋在鐵液的表面起到不定期的短時(shí)保溫作用， 特別是對于電爐熔煉后期去除電爐表面的渣，能有效的把電爐熔煉中產(chǎn)生的渣粘連在一起，非常便于 扒渣清理，降低了工人的扒渣難度和工作量，并且不粘連電爐壁。該產(chǎn)品不易揚(yáng)塵，一定程度上減少 了產(chǎn)品的使用量和工人的健康保障。本產(chǎn)品具有不破壞鐵液的成分，不粘連鐵水包、短時(shí)保溫，延長 鐵水包耐火材料的使用壽命等特點(diǎn)。

This product can aggregate the slag in molten iron,facilitating its removal.It also covers the surface of  the molten iron,providing irregular short-term insulation.Especially in the later stages ofelectric furnace  melting,it can effectively bind the slag generated duringthe melting process,making it very convenient  for slag removal and reducingthe difficulty and workload for workers.Moreover,it does not stick to the electric furnace wall.The product is not prone to dusting,which to a certain extent reduces the amount   ofproduct used and ensures the health ofworkers.This product has the characteristics ofnot disrupting  the compo sition of molten iron,not sticking to the ladle,providing short-term insulation,and extending the service life of the refractory materials of the ladle.

使用方法：Instructions  for  Use

1、將該產(chǎn)品均勻的撒在鐵液表面，本產(chǎn)品會在幾秒內(nèi)迅速膨脹10-12倍，吸咐鐵液里面的渣。

2、將該產(chǎn)品放在鐵水包的底部，然后沖入鐵液。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用量：每噸鐵液0.3-1kg 除渣劑的種類和使用范圍：本產(chǎn)品分為鑄鐵類和鑄鋼類

1.The product should be evenly spread on the surface of the molten ironIt will rapidly expand 10-12 times within seconds and absorb the slag in the molten iron.

2.The product can be placed at the bottom of the ladle,and then molten iron can be poured into it.Standard usage:0.3-1 kg per ton of molten iron.
